External Wall Insulation
With over 8 Years experience using external insulation in the U.S and Ireland, we have encountered and solved all the problems that might arise when retrofitting External Wall insulation (EWI) to houses in the Irish market. We have completed hundreds of homes throughout the country.

What is External Wall Insulation?

External Wall Insulation (EWI) is a composite cladding system comprised of suitable insulation and waterproof coating which is applied to all the external walls of a building. The application of EWI reduces heating bills and consequently carbon emissions also.
External Wall Insulation (EWI) is the most efficient way to insulate an existing building FACT.
It uses the fabric of the building like a storage radiator. Because the heat can no longer escape through the outer layer of insulation, it is reflected back into the living areas, creating a constant warm home. That’s why polar bears have their insulation on the outside!
With up to 50% heat lost through external walls, EWI can help reduce your ever increasing heating bills by up to 40%. It can also reduce your carbon footprint by cutting your CO2 emissions by 2.5 tonnes per year.

Liquid Floor Screed
What is Liquid Floor Screed?
Liquid for screed is a revolutionary way of installing a floor screed, whether over an existing subfloor or over underfloor heating system (UHF).
It removes the need for any barrowing of material through a property as the material is conveyed in liquid form through our specialised pump, this greatly reduces trafficking over the heating pipes and virtually eliminates the risk of pipe damage.

- Reduced screed thickness maximises insulation depth
- Superior quality of finish
- Faster reaction times
- No shrinkage or curling
- No requirement for sanding unlike Anhydrite screeds
- Can be forced dried
- Can be used for acoustic solutions
- Higher thermal conductivity than sand and cement
- 20mm – 100mm application depths
Plastering
We specialize in all forms of plastering, especially acrylic, monocouche and spray applied renders.
Monocouche or scratch render as it’s also known is mainly applied by spray method using our state of the art Putzmeister SP11 TMR plastering machine. This dramatically increases productivity and the same time reduces wastage vs. hand applied. It also reduces the labour intensive nature of moving mixed material from the mixer to the hawk. We simply lay out our pipes which can be brought through the smallest window opening, attach the gun and air line and material is ready to be applied.
We have vast experience using acrylic renders on external insulation, ICF construction and traditional block with basecoats prior to application.
With all the above we have used products from the following manufacturers: FAST, K-Rend, Weber, Parex, Atlas Aval, and Kilsaran-Ceresit.
